In October 2008, GVM together with the MareNostrum Foundation, today called the Empowerment Community Network, hold a special and poetic evening aboard the Italian Naval Military ship the 'Amerigo Vespucci'. The Marble Football was presented as an homage to the ship & the Marines of Italian Navy.
